Videos freezing when i watch an episode

You have two different versions of Flash installed for Firefox. Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502
Use the Flash uninstaller to get rid of all versions of Flash. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
Then install the latest Flash 16.0 version. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
thanks i'll see if this works & i'll check back later.
ok i followed both instructions
when i got to the uninstaller there was 1 file that i couldn't delete.
i don't understand step d. do i need to copy that in the run again. (i didn't do that.)
i restarted & checked to see if i had the latest version of Flash Player. it said i don't. still have 15.
i downloaded adobe, the would you like to make changes box came up i checked yes & now nothing.
i can see the clouds moving in step 5.
What program could you not remove?
name- flash64_15_0_0_246.ocx
date modified- 12-11-14
type- activex control
it says i need permission to perform this action.
this is step d. was i suppose to run this
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash %appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player
& delete all the files too.
yes i'm bumping my own thread.
another thing
why do tabs close when firefox crashes. it just started happening like yesterday. not all the tabs just maybe 1 or 2. i always restore all the tabs when restarting.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

ok i unchecked the hardware acceleration. i even restarted in safemode.
& videos are still stopping.
should i try the flash uninstaller again.
if i delete firefox altogether & re download it, what happens. do i lose everything.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
i tried the network support in safe mode. it stayed on this loading files pages for a long time so i gave up. :(
i'm not sure what to do anymore.
i have another issue. sorry i am being a pest.
why does my yahoo toolbar reset my apps to the default settings. its been doing that for a couple days now.
i keep changing them back to my apps but somehow they keep resetting whenever i bring up firefox.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;
- Maintenance (Programs Folder)
- Firefox itself (Programs Folder)
- And one folder in the profile of each user on the computer.
If you remove the Firefox folder, the user folders would not be effected.
so i should get rid of the toolbar. it comes in handy tho. :(
i only have 2 other add ons. tumblr savior & gmail.
so should i delete the second one?
Just Disable the toolbar. Someday it may be compatible.
ok back my flash/shockwave problem.
is there another way to get rid of both versions that i have installed. i tried the uninstaller but there was still the one file that i couldn't delete.
All you have to do is to remove Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502 <Old Program>
or
Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.
Flash Player v16.0.0.235 https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html Shockwave Director v12.1.5.155 http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
do i remove it in my control panel.
yes i've tried the flash player uninstaller & there was still 1 file that i couldn't delete.
i already downloaded adobe but it said i still had an old version.
i'm sure after 3-4 days i'm getting annoying.
Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
Make sure to remove the right file.
shockwave isn't even in my programs.
but its on my add ons page.
