After last update (35.0) i cant watch stream videos anymore. I can hear the sound, but video frame stays black , it also doesn't turn to full screen like it used to automatically. I try to watch a video from streamcloud (HTML5). Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Kostazk, Have you tried to clear your browsing data? Or download the video?

Hello Albarr Muzarin

thanks for your response. First let me clear again, that i use Firefox For android. Secondly, will you please show me how to "clear browsing data"? As for downloading the video, is not an options as i am only interested on watching the video in stream mode. Something that i could easily do, before upgrade.

Thank you again for your kind response!! :)

HI KostaK

As far I know video hasn't changed between FF35 and FF34.

  1. Albarr Muzarin is correct (thanks AM!). Perhaps "clear browsing data" " will fix the problem, I doubt it though but it's worth a try.You can clear any Android App's data including Firefox from the Android Settings | Apps (also called Application manager). For Firefox there is also a way to clear data from Firefox Menu | Settings | Privacy | "Clear now"https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-your-browsing-history-and-other-personal-dat
  2. Could you please provide the url of a "streamcloud stream mode video" that doesn't work in FF35 but works in FF34? I looked but didn't find anything obvious. Do you mean something hosted on http://streamcloud.org/ ?
  3. Finally if you could give us your exact phone or tablet model, your Android Operating System Version (e.g. 2.3 Gingerbread, 4.x Ice cream sandwich, et) and what add-ons you have installed if any so we could further debug this.

Cheers!
