Firefox crashes on my Apple iMac when I attempt to print a pdf which has arrived on-line, eg a Utilities bill. this happens EVERY time so I am reduced to copying the text and pasting into Office in order to print bills or tickets etc bought online... can never print pdfs which have arrived over internet. Firefox apologises for crashes with an oops we are sorry type message. How can I fix this? Vernonne
