Websites do not have identity info-am redirected from secure connection.
Am redirected from green padlocked connection to insecure connection on most sites. I have Malware Bytes Premium and AVG antivirus.

Hi Karen,
Many websites don't offer secure connections (https/pad locked) for all of their content. So if you try to access them using a secure connection they will redirect you back to an insecure page.
E.g. https://www.amazon.com/ (secure- note the "s") will redirect you to http://www.amazon.com/ (insecure).
However, if you click on sign in, it will take you back to a secure page.
As long as you aren't providing any confidential information (e.g. username, password, credit card #) a secure connection is unnecessary.
I hope that answers your question.
