I'm having an issue with thumbnails on certain pages partially of fully duplicating other nearby thumbnail images. Only happens with Firefox. Thumbnails will refresh when I move the cursor over them but distort again when scrolling through the page. I have a couple of images but cannot up-load them on this support page for some reason. Maybe I can e-mail them to you if you need them?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

You can check the network.http.* preferences on the about:config page and make sure that they have the default value. You can reset user set (bold) prefs via the right-click context menu to the default value.
