Two audio streams when playing youtube clips in Firefox

Since the last week or so I get two audio streams when watching youtube clips. They have av small offset in start so it sounds like an echo. If I pause the video, one audio stream continues.

The problem can be avoided by reloading the youtube clip.

I have tried: Reset and reinstall Firefox. Started without Add-ons. Reinstall Flash

Specs: Windows 8.1 Firefox 37.0.2

I spent several hours testing solutions before starting this thread.

But 2min later I tested to remove YouTube HD 1.2 (Add-on) and it solved the problem :)

I thought that was not necessary when safe mode (start without Add-ons) did not solve the problem.
