This is likely caused by a bug in the software firefox uses to display PDF files, called pdf.js. You can report a bug for that software at https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/new.

(They require that you give them a copy of the pdf that shows the issue, so you may need to remove sensitive information from the file first).
