Auto Sending of Unsent Messages - How to Turn Off
Just recently I'm seeing the message "Do you want to send your unsent messages now?" - "Send Now" or "Later" every time I launch TB. Are these messages (in my drafts folder, I presume) now being sent automatically? I'm afraid if I uncheck "Don't ask me again" the messages in my drafts folder will all be sent automatically by default. They never were before and I don't want them to be auto sent. I can't find a setting to address this option, which would save the added step of clicking "Later" each time, as well as avoid the possibility of accidentally clicking "Send Now". I keep a lot of drafts that I wouldn't want sent until I choose to send them. Can anyone help? ~Thanks~

You are looking for the OUTBOX. It is located under Local Folders and is generally toward the bottom of the folder list on the left side of the screen.

It sounds more like your messages would have been in the 'unsent' folder rather than the 'drafts' folder. The difference is that in the former, you have actually attempted to send the email while you were offline or your internet connection or server was temporarily unavailable. So TB is probably just confirming that you still want them sent. Messages in the drafts folder are incomplete or non-sent messages that you have put in there purposely, or have automatically gone in there because you have closed TB without sending. Is it possible that you have attempted to send emails while offline or without a connection?
Next time it happens, take a look if you have an 'unsent' folder. I believe that folder is generated only when there are unsent messages, so it wouldn't be visible otherwise. If you do, decline sending the email and check out what exactly is in there. But I find it extremely unlikely that TB would be prompting you to send a draft, so I don't think that is really an issue.

Thanks so much Smokva and Airmail. Problem solved! There was actually 1 message in an Outbox. It was located way down at the bottom of my lists of all my accounts so I didn't readily see it.
Thanks again for helping me end this frustration. Much appreciated!
Happy to contribute. Thanks for letting both of us know.
