Web pages come up and then become tiny. After much effort I have made it so hitting refresh makes them come up in large type. I'm using chrome until you solve
I now have 5 apps and extensions for page and font size and none override the page becoming tiny the instant after it comes up. I have set minimum font size to 16. Type is maybe a 4 but IT IS NOT JUST THE FONT, IT IS THE PAGE AS A WHOLE. Hitting refresh brings up the page again in regular size (which for me is large--I'm an old lady) but I have to do it every time, sometimes more than once, every single email. I'm going to use Chrome until I can fix this.

If you are using a number of extensions for page and font size, why are you also fiddling with Options > Content -> Fonts & Colors? I would expect "options" to override or counteract settings made thru the extensions.
And 5 apps / extensions? That could cause issue, too. I can see one for the user interface (toolbars and menus) with another for page content (what is on the web pages), but don't understand what the other 3 might be for.
Please enlighten me.
Can you post a list of the installed extensions?

This page is very confusing, sorry about the reposting. I have 5 new apps to try to override the problem obviously. They didn't cause the problem because the were downloaded to try to solve the problem. I already had no squint and I uninstalled and reinstalled it to try to solve the problem. Right clicking and then clicking on no squint fixes the problem temporarily but sometimes no squint is faint in the list and I have to refresh to get it to work. That is how I found out that refreshing alone works temporarily.
Have you reviewed the NoSquint developers homepage - https://urandom.ca/nosquint/ - to get an idea about how NoSquint works? And reviewed the FAQ's further down that page?
I don't use NoSquint myself, I use the Windows 7 Screen Resolution settings to make the text and other items on the screen larger for all installed programs. I am not familiar with MacOSX, though, and don't know if it has a comparable setting.
As 'cor-el' requested, please post your Troubleshooting Information so we can see exactly which extensions (and other info) that you have installed.
