It seems to happen when more often when there has been an outage of my internet but not always. I am not sure that is machine language but it isn't a foreign language (as in another country). Why does this happen? How can fix an email like this and be able to read it? How do I prevent it from happening again? Thanks

It has English words and phrases and numbers and symbols. But they do not make any sense. I probably should call it a programming language.
