my issue is when i watch youtube videos the videos just jump around i cant access certain sites it just keeps loading until it says timed out i am running firefox 40.0.3 and i have noticed i cant access the site youtube any more after i tried to remove mozilla from regedit in hopes of completely uninstalling it so i can reinstall it

Download Firefox Full Version For All languages And Systems {web link} Save the file. Then;

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
