I will attached a copy of what I keep getting with some websites and with my bank site I cannot use bill pay at all because it says not updated or not supported. Very irritating and unsure why all of a sudden it is happening? My firefox is updated.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

hi, you appear to have a user.js file which may be overriding the version information that firefox is presenting to websites.

in order to fix this, please go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information > profile folder - "show folder", then a new window will open up. in this window look out for a file named user.js. in case it is present, delete or rename this file and restart firefox afterwards.
