Hello. 

When I upload my video to youtube there is no problem. But after upload is finish, I can't move or delete the file from my computer, it says something using file. Only I can edit the file when I close mozilla. Its really annoying every time I have to close and open mozilla. Can you fix this?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Also make sure that your security software doesn't keep a handle on files.
