When I attempt to copy and then paste into an email I can not paste what I have copied. Usually I am doing this from another piece of software such as Swift Publisher or Word.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Do you mean that you lose the formatting when you paste or do you mean that you can't paste at all (i.e. Firefox doesn't recognize the clipboard content)?

That is it Firefox doesn't recognize clipboard as having contents. Doesn't allow me to paste
