MosBackup data won't transfer to new Win 10 computer
I used the MozBackup app on several previous computers (Win 8 and 10) and it worked fine. But MozBup data now won't transfer to my new Win 10 computer. The app collects the data, then I import from a flash stick, but nothing happens. No data, no emails. Is this a profile problem?

Sounds like you did not backup the entire profile with mozbackup. for a smooth transition it needs the entire profile, not just mail and address books.
Many thanks. Wondering if I should locate the profile in my old computer, save it on usb, and paste it in the new one?

just make sure Thunderbird is not running when you do the copy and the paste,
