I had to get another smartphone. I uploaded all of my info from my old phone to the cloud, and then downloaded that information to my new phone. However, none of my previous Firefox information carried over to the new phone.ie.,, none of my old folers, especially my downloads which had a lot of music and pics and PDF files. Where and how can I retrieve them? Thanks, Harold

This is a bit out of scope of Firefox as it is more of a general Android question. I'll give a brief answer.

The downloads folder should show up when you attach your phone to a desktop/laptop computer with a USB cable. Copying the files to your desktop and then copying those files to the new phone is the simplest way I can think of doing that.

If that is not possible then trying to get help from the company that sold you the mobile phone or your mobile phone plan may work. Trying a more general purpose Android forum such as http://forums.androidcentral.com/ask-question/
