In my Windows 10 PC, when I reply to an email with a signature graphic, I get a dialog box "Attaching" that doesn't go away. If I cancel and delete the graphic, my reply goes through. This error seems to be coming and going, maybe due to different TB releases? Any ideas?

My best guess is that the signature image is a reference to a location you don't have access to. So Thunderbird fails to attach it to your reply. There is nothing you can do about it other than removing the image. May be you should talk to the sender.
