Compuserve email text body disappears after being opened. I tried the two things recommended by the FredMcD support email but they didn't help the problem. This has occurred since the last update to Firefox. When I have opened an email received, closed it, and try to open it again the heading is intact but the body of text and any other characters are gone. This also occurs when I forward an email to someone; the text body has disappeared from the original.
