example: I click on address book, go to "Tools", select "import Everything" and click "Next". a 2nd window opens:

"Import Options, Account Settings, Address Book, Filters and other data from:"

there is no cue to enter a value such as email address or whatever. "< Back" and "Next>" are grayed out. "Cancel" is the only option. Why must i cancel before anything happens?

This same pattern holds true when trying to migrate the calendar from Outlook. The Wizard's Wand is broken?

Obviously, it is operator error...but what is the error?

Import from Outlook has been broken for some time. What version of Outlook are you working with?

Outlook 2013, but was upgraded on 6/15 and while features may be 2016, it is a new look. Outlook data used to be kept in ".pst" files. Thinking maybe i could export to a spreadsheet then import that to Thunderbird; but the last update to ".pst" was 2014 and i know there were many more updates since then. If i cannot import them, I must presume all of outlook stored contacts and calendar is permanently lost?
