reply to all recipients and cc copied
I have received an email addressed to me and three other people and copied (cc:) to two more, I wish to send my reply to all of them but "reply to all" seems only to address the three "To" people. How do I include the other two?

Are you sure the other people are not hidden ?
For example, I selected a received email which had two TO and about 6 Cc click on 'Reply-all' button It looks like only the two TO email addresses and one Cc email address were added. But a scroll bar appears on the right so I can see them if I use the scroll bar. If I drag the section down I can more as well.
