Firefox 50.1 - Can't Upload Pictures To eBay....HELP!!!
For years I've uploaded pictures to eBay, but over the past month or so, I'm no longer able to revise existing eBay listing by adding pictures to them. I select the picture but all I get is the "working icon" and no advancement in the perdentage of picture uploading....stays at 0%.
I do not have this problem if I use my iPhone 6.
I'm running Win. 7, Firefox 50.1, and have "refreshed" Firefox several times. I do not have "pop-ups" blocked, and have repeatedly cleared my cache. eBay support is of no help.
BTW, I cannot attach pictures to relies to eBay message either, but get a "Server Error" message.
Really need to resolve this.....tried some of the fixes found here but to no avail.....HELP PLEASE! Michael

I ve found on other forums that I'm not the only one having this problem with uploading, so lucky you, I've found a solution! I've tried downloading new version of Adobe Flash - didn't help, worked with anti-virus - didn't help either. So I just tried "Reseting Firefox to its default state", because that should fix the unlisted problems, and it did. It's all good now, I can upload files again. :) Thanks for your support, Diego Victor :)
Here's a link on how to Reset your Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
PS. It might have been a problem with my add-ons (but I'm not sure), since I had to do download new ones when the FF upgraded. So you might check those out first before reserting to default state.

Shoble, I too seek answers before I post a question, and none I found, including yours, resolved my problem. I've "refreshed" Firefox repeated, started in Safe mode repeatedly, and checked to assure Pop-Up Blocker was not checked repeatedly....but still no help. The problem obviously lies within Firefox, because eBay support has no problems uploading pictures to revise my listings; I have no problem uploading pics from the eBay Turbo-Lister program; and I have no problems when using my iPhone. REALLY need help on this one!!! Michael
It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
I turned off my Vipre Antivirus software but it did not make any difference.....still cannot revise ebay listing photos.
