How to redirect url that not found to search page?

When I type a string that like url (example: "abc.def.efg") in url bar and enter it, Firefox will go to "abc.def.efg" domain directly and show not found this domain, but Google Chrome will redirect to search page and search "abc.def.efg".

How to make url bar of Firefox like Chrome? Can redirect url that not found to search page and search it.

Hi, when you enter into the Address bar, something that has elements of a domain about it, Firefox tries to go to it. If you want to do a search for something of that type, you should use the Search box.

Chrome obviously interprets things slightly differently.

But I think the way chrome uses would be fast and easy for me. I can reduce the time for choosing urlbar or searchbox and can make Firefox UI more simply.
