thunderbird is not sending my e-mails, even though they show up in the "sent" folder.
i receive e-mails via thunderbird, but i cannot send them, even though they show up in the "sent" folder. a message says something about "resources temporarily unavailable. please try again later." i've been trying since yesterday, and nothing has changed. any ideas?

Common problem today. Who is your provider? Wild guess. Yahoo?
at&t/yahoo. i mean, the bill comes from at & t, but when i use e-mail away from home it's via yahoo.
any suggestions about fixing this? come to think of it, how do i contact mozilla so they can fix it?
Yahoo's server issues error messages and you think Thunderbird can or needs to fix it?
This forum is the contact for Thunderbird.
well, ok. how do i get thunderbird to fix it? that's who's sending the error message.
Please provide a screenshot of the error message that says it is from Thunderbird.
You do realize Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer. It has no resources or server to have a lack of resources.
well, hell, now it seems to be working again.
thank you for your time and trouble, and for cluing me in on the basis of thunderbird.
You never answered if you are a Yahoo customer but Yahoo has been having issues all day, everywhere.
as i wrote earlier, the bill comes from a t & t but the web version is via yahoo.
