Ok, Firefox is looking very literally at your code. Note the w3C.org is in charge of standards and practises for browsers and web pages.

Use this for HTML https://validator.w3.org/

Your HTML errors : https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Faddons.prestashop.com%2Fen%2Fcontact-forms-surveys%2F26997-advanced-captcha-for-contact-and-registration-form.html

Us this for CSS https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/

Your CSS Errors : https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=https%3A%2F%2Faddons.prestashop.com%2Fen%2Fcontact-forms-surveys%2F26997-advanced-captcha-for-contact-and-registration-form.html&profile=css3&usermedium=all&warning=1&vextwarning=&lang=en

You clean all that up and it will work on any browser, there are more than 60.

Do know that just because IE or Edge or Chrome display it ok now does not mean it will not be broken on a future update.

Correct code means Google rankings are higher.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
