it happens more often than before....says Firefox is not responding and the circle keeps going around and around and around, sometimes if I wait a minute or so it stops and responds, sometimes no matter how long I wait for that circle to stop going around and around it never stops and I then bring up Task Manager and ask to shut down the program then I run Defrag and then it works again until the next time it does it, sometimes stays ok for rest of time on computer, 4 hrs or so til I log off, sometimes it won't and I just have to do task manager again and shut down. At the same time it says this a small little pop up comes up saying ' script is not working' whatever that means so whatever this 'script' issue is is always in sync w/when it says Firefox is not responding' so these two go together, so this SCRIPT issue no doubt seems to me be the issue why Firefox is NOT responding...no idea how to fix this script, have tried but do not understand what this 'Script' issue at all so can not figure out how to fix this. I am not unduly savy on the pc so usually can figure things out but not this 'script' issue, makes no sense to me, how to fix it, stop it but do believe it has something to do with 'Firefox not responding'. Please if someone can help me figure this out and has had same issue let me know how to fix it instead of taking to the pc shop and spending bucks I really do not have to do so but I need to fix it and if I end up having to take to pc shop to fix it guess that is what I will have to do...but if someone has had this issue and fixed it PLEASe please let me know how you fixed it. I enjoy firefox allot to use rather than IE or another browser, so please help me if you can or give me some ideas might work or someone has used and worked for them, appreciate feedback asap please to get this done as do lots of genealogy research and thats all I do except checking my email daily to stay in touch w/family lives far away plus do advocate for lots of critters and like to do that every day. This 'Firefox not responding' does happen on sites I use too so it is not just zeroed in on one site, even happens in my hotmail email account too and that 'Script' message will pop up too in there, again if I wait 1-2min it stops that twirling circle and I can go on and work in my email or on a genealogy site but happens too often sometimes in one day and I get nothing done but trying to shut down, restart, run defrag and try again...thanks for any assistance. Think I have explained about the two issues I believe go together or effect each other, must be a solution to this! Is Shockwave Flash causing some of this issue. I thought I did not have that as know it causes issues so should I delete it?

The issue is you have bad Video Card Drivers. ...errors big time on a old, Old card. Drivers last updated driverDate: 2-11-2011 So with all the stuff that has been created on the net since and the high demands put on a video card these days it can not keep up. So your pushing the life out the poor old thing...lol Can try this if it finds anything : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html If not have to figure this out : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81507/Graphics-Drivers-for-Mobile-Intel-4-Series-Express-Chipset-Family Neither are going to update the drivers much, maybe 2012.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
