A number of enterprise computers with Firefox Quantum on Windows 10 (in each of the last several versions 53-58), are not running scripts on webpages. We first noticed it on http://www.lincolndiocese.org/ that the controls for the rotators do not function, i.e. clicking the circles doesn't do anything, the right and left arrows are missing (that site which is Joomla and this site which is WordPress, http://dioscg.org - so it seems quite site independent).

I can duplicate the problem on my own computer by running the NoScipt Add-on and turning off scripts on a page. But we cannot find why these computers running fresh installs with no Add-ons are blocking scripts from running. (They do have Symantic Endpoint Protection, but I have Symantic on my computer with no problem.) We've tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps like safe mode, clearing caches, resetting FF, and turning off security software. What could be preventing scripts from running?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
