This happens on multiple machines. As soon as I click the menu button in firefox it freezes up for 20-30 seconds. This makes it next to impossible to navigate any of the bookmarks or firefox settings as I have to wait 20-30 seconds for each individual click in the menu to register.

Unfortunately this is not working as when I click Install Add-On, firefox freezes as it is trying to open a dialog menu to allow.

See image attached. This freezes firefox and my only option to end the process to close it.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version?cache=no Did you update Firefox to the latest version 60.0.1

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

In safe mode, the issue is resolved. Any idea on how to resolve it for a normal boot?
