I was able to create two CVS files within my installed Outlook 2010 version and saved them to my desktop. I then went into "Import" from the Tools menu in TB and clicked on Import. I then selected Address Books only.

Then clicked on text file (tab, csv, text …).

Then I clicked on the Exported Contacts.csv file that I had created.

When I try to create a new email message there is no data for any of my contacts except a couple of lines and all other contacts are blank.

how about you install the beta version and use the newly fixed import option. Most people have huge problems with text files created by Microsoft office as it is not using Unicode like the rest of Windows. The CSV files basically need to be opened in notepad and converted. But using the import wizard is simple and painless now it is fixed.
