I frequently open PDF links from a web page. After I'm done looking at it and close Adobe reader, I have to go back to downloads, open the containing folder to delete, then go back and remove it from history. I'd really like to have a way for these to go away automatically. If I want to save the PDF, I just do a save as while I have it open.

Is there a reason your asking a Adobe Reader DC question in a Firefox forum other than Firefox is only the download and open segment.

It looks like changing the option for PDF to "preview in Firefox" has done what I want. Thanks everyone!
