I'm running the most recent version of Firefox. I've successfully installed the latest version of Adobe Flash player. Firefox's enable box appeared, I checked it, box disappeared but the minute I started my game a box popped up saying I DO NOT have the latest Flash version. I continued to the game. Unbelievably unstable on dragging to connect items -- either a line is cut off or the whole screen moves. I've tried several re-installs. I had help from a Microsoft tech who uninstalled and reinstalled both Firefox and Flash. How do I fix this?

Could you check the following internal page -- type or paste about:plugins into the address bar and press Enter to load it.

Usually you have:

  • Open H264
  • Widevine
  • Shockwave Flash

All 3 typically have State: Enabled, but for current purposes, we only need to confirm that for Flash.

If Firefox discovered more than one Flash plugin, you can flush out the older version using Adobe's uninstaller, and then re-install just the latest version -- Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems. This could be what Microsoft already did.

These are problems within the region controlled by Flash? You could try adjusting the zoom: hold down Ctrl and tap - to reduce or + to enlarge. If all zoom levels misbehave, you could seek tech support from the game publisher. Often they just suggest using a different browser...
