It appears that while Firefox currently supports TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 it does not support TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA384. Would it be possible to add support for this Cipher Suite?

The difference being support for CBC in addition to the currently supported GCM.
