An extension "Charset Switcher" no longer works
Firefox extension" Charset Switcher 39.0.20160811" by developer yuoo2k no longer works for me. It no longer saves the the page's URL when you change the character encoding and when you add new URLs manually by right-clicking the "Character Encoding" from page's content area context menu and click save, the new URL is NOT saved. This great Add-on has been working successfully for me for over a year but no longer. Can it be restored?

According to the reviews it doesn't work for anybody else either.
The developer hasn't updated his extension in over two years .....

Note that this extension no longer work in Firefox 52+ versions.
