I changed my phone. My account is protected with 2FA. I want to add Authenticator app on the new phone, however, I can't find my account 2FA QR code to scan?

Thanks

You probably need to disable 2FA on your Firefox account and then re-enable 2FA and setup the Authenticator on the new device similar to what you did previously. If necessary then use the recovery codes that you should have saved when you created the 2FA account.

If you do not have recovery codes or otherwise aren't able to connect to the Firefox account then reset the Firefox Sync password to see if that gives access to the account and disable two factor authentication. You may have to try this more than once to be able to disable 2FA. Previous Firefox Account Recovery Codes expire when new ones are created.
