Inbox shows 7 unread emails. They are nowhere to be found. My cats may have done this walking across my keyboard, but I don't know how.
How do I find the unread emails that Thunderbird says I have in my inbox? They are not showing when I go to the unread email filter. I cannot find them anywhere.

right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button. Perhaps a re-index will make the unread ones just vanish.

That worked!! Evidently there was at least one email it restored as well that would have been lost. Got to remember that one. Thanks!!
