Thunderbird 68.2.2 64-bit

When setting in an autoconfig file: defaultPref("mail.server.server1.moveOnSpam", true); defaultPref("mail.server.server1.moveTargetMode", 1); defaultPref("mail.server.server1.spamActionTargetAccount", "imap://" + env_user + "@" + SERVER); defaultPref("mail.server.server1.spamActionTargetFolder", "imap://" + env_user + "@" + SERVER + "/_SpamUndetected");

The user can't change the preference to "Junk folder on <SERVER>". The issue seems to be the that the UI doesn't set "mail.server.server1.moveTargetMode" to "0". Thus the change isn't applied. Changing it manually in about:config solves this problem.
