On some educational websites html code is not working correctly.
I was learning HTML and CSS basics on CodeHS. At CSS basics style tag was not working correctly. CodeHS was thinking that there is no style tag, however on Chrome browser it was working correctly.

Does this only not work on these specific websites ?
Did you check this with the Inspector and the Web Console?
Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required) ?

Did you check the Inspector and Web Console for reported issues ?

I notice you have Adblock Plus installed.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems
Firefox shows an highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.
- click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection
You can check in the Web Console what content is blocked.
- "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer

I also see you still have the "hotfix-update-xpi-intermediate" extension installed to fix an issue from May 2019 with an expired intermediate certificate. You can uninstall/remove this extension as this fix is builtin in Firefox 66.0.3 and later.

Can you please say how to delete it. I didn't find any extension with that name.(

Turning off AdBlock and trecking protection didn't help.
