Bitdefender Wallet Missing Add-on

more options

Hi,

I've looked here already and so far no good answer have been posted that actually work. Where did the Bitdefender Wallet Add-on go? Mozilla updated my browser (it's set to auto update) and it deleted my Bitdefender Wallet add-on for some reason which kind of really sucks. The rub is that Bitdefender Wallet is no longer findable when I search the Mozilla add-ons which is weird, only some useless themes pop up. I need to reinstall it as soon as possible to get up and running again. Bitdefender seems to think it should be available in the add-ons manager but nope, not there.

Help a brother out?

Hi summerwinterfall, did your Firefox performed a "Refresh"? That removes all your add-ons and resets a bunch of settings. The tell-tale sign is a new folder on your Windows desktop named Old Firefox Data -- if you have that folder, hang onto it for possible data recovery.

I think BitDefender might not distribute its Wallet add-on separately, but only as part of the program, and the program injects it into Firefox. If you do a normal shutdown of Firefox and then a shutdown and restart of Windows, can you go into BitDefender and see whether you can push the Wallet add-on to Firefox from there?
