I can't access any of Microsoft's services. Every time I try to log in to Outlook, Skype, 360 or even OneDrive, I'm taken to an error page. But I was able to access my stuff just fine on another computer!

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
