When I try to access my Outlook and Yahoo! emails on Thunderbird, I get the error message "Unable to connect to your IMAP server. You may have exceeded the maximimum number of connections to this server".

My version of Thunderbird is up to date. I have searched for this error and followed other suggestions about reducing the number of server connections to cache to 1, however this has not solved the issue.
