Can't log in to some websites with Firefox (Windows)
Target.com, chase.com, and some other websites that I can't think of right now don't work when trying to login with Firefox for Windows, but works fine with Chrome, Edge, my phone, apps, etc.
Target gives a message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again" Chase loads a white overlay with a blue button and the login screen that loads after to try again looks completely broken and missing text.
Been having issues like this for a while. Firefox is up to date. I've tried wiping cookies and clearing the cache. Tried Firefox on my phone, and didn't have an issue with Target.
current version 83.0 (64bit)
Any ideas?

I have the issue on Chase.com also... but I get a page that implies there's a problem with that part of the website and that I should try again later. If I play around and clik on the Chase logo, it will take me to another [different] view of the homepage (it's screwy!!) and I get a different looking log-in box. I would say the problem is FF, but if there really was a problem with the browser, I would think that I wouldn't be able to "fool" Chase.com and eventually get signed in.
The flip side of that is that I also cannot sign in to the Social Security website in FF, but I can in Microsoft's Edge browser. So that brings me back around to asking if the problem is indeed in FF. I've posted about the problem I had on the SSA website. Some of what contributors offered is sorta over my head (some very time-consuming), and so I've still not gotten the issue resolved. Maybe there is something in that thread that might help you -- Can't Log In to SSA Website
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

Yeah, there's a few other websites I know I can't get into with Firefox, but stuff I rarely use so I can't even think of what they are.

As noted, I have tried clearing the cookies and the cache which didn't help. I tried the safe mode bit, but that didn't help either.
Just to push this further, this problem persists on multiple Windows 10 computers with different versions of Firefox. While my laptop is just set to use the newest version and stay updated, I use 64.0.2 on my desktop, and it's the same issue.
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
