Hello,

Following a change of telephone, the bookmarks do not synchronize on Android. I am correctly logged into my account on my computer and on my smartphone. I tried the connection by the email address and by the QR code without success of synchronisation.

Do you have any solution?

Thank you.

I am also having this problem, I had switched to Chrome for about 4 months, when I switched back I had a new browser. I logged in to the sync, waited for a few, went to my bookmarks and all 3 default folders were empty. My desktop machine is in storage. I don't have a desktop available, much less one I can put Firefox on. I am confused, FFSync has worked flawless for me since the feature was added.

Hi

I understand that Firefox Sync did not connect to your mobile device on this occasion, but hopefully I should be able to help you force a Sync event to take place.

Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:

In Firefox on your mobile device:

  1. Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Account.
  2. Tap on Synchronise now.

This will “force” a synchronisation of the data that is on the local device storage.

Thanks for your help. I applied your solution but it doesn't fix the problem. On the smartphone I have always no bookmarks
