I had some e-mails sent to junk by mistake but when I click "it's not junk" then open the e-mail and click on "add to safe senders list" this command is ignored as the next time I receive an e-mail from that sender it is again sent to junk. Microsoft tell me it's a browser (i.e. Firefox) issue. Can anyone please help ?

Private Message sent. Just to verify, you are using the browser to access the site right?

Yes, I am using Firefox as my default browser. After a Microsoft "update" I started to get 50/60/70 "junk" e-mails every day for a few days and deleted them en masse instead of looking at each individual message to see who it was from. In doing this I had some that were marked as junk but were from legitimate senders. I've tried going through the process of adding the ones I want to keep to safe senders list to no avail.
