Hi. I have my preferred language in Firefox set to Canadian English and do not have any other languages installed. For some reason, some web page forms will display field labels in Chinese as you can see on my screenshot. I have no idea why this is happening. Also, I have Tencent Meeting and WeChat installed on my computer as I am an only teacher teaching Chinese High School Students. Could it be that one of these apps is messing with Firefox? Can anyone offer any suggestions to remedy this situation?

Thanks.

How did you get to that form? If you followed a promotional link, it's possible the link contains language or region codes. You might try navigating to the form in a different way to see whether that makes any difference, maybe testing in a private window to avoid influence of cached files or previously set cookies.
