On your system, create a user account for each person that uses it. Firefox will create separate profiles for each user on the system.

You can create an enterprise policy that prevents using the Show Password (eye icon) button to see the password. I don't know whether that would stop someone from exporting the logins, and I doubt it would stop use of tools in a web page to see a filled password.

I should also mention that if you are not having employees set a Primary Password in Firefox to use stronger encryption on the local data file, third party tools can quickly decrypt all of the locally saved passwords. See: Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords.
