hi i was able to receive emails and not send so i contact you and someone replied and told me how to fix this, but what it did was fixed the send emails and i lost my receive emails, so i delete the account and tried to add the email and do an advanced setup but now i cant send or receive emails i am sending a screen shot of what i did so can you please help me

Just a possibility: many ISPs require the user id to be the full email id.

In the account setup window, click Manual.config. and set the connection security to None, not STARTTLS, and set the authentication method to password, transmitted insecurely. The User Name is the part of the address before the @, according to TPG's website.
