I am fine with the way Firefox allows me to order my bookmarks. I do NOT want my bookmarks to be ordered alphabetically, certainly not. But what I dislike is that Firefox insists that the bottom bookmark in my left bookmark column is something called "other bookmarks", and my bookmarks always open with that row bolded, so that my collection of "other bookmarks" occupies the entirety of the right column. This is not what I want. "Other bookmarks" are of no interest to me. I want the bookmark I have placed at the top of the left column, (the bookmark of maximum interest) to be where my bookmarks open. if I was writing a book, it would be the first chapter. I do not want my attention to be drawn to "other bookmarks" anywhere, I want to be rid of it, and if it cannot be got rid of, I do not want my bookmarks to open with that row bolded.
