For a few days now, I have not been able to play videos. I get this message in the video screen: "If playback doesn’t begin shortly, try restarting your device." When I opened Firefox in Troubleshooting mode, the video played OK and then when I stopped Troubleshooting mode the videos continued to play OK. However, on the next day the problem reappears.
