Sending mail from non default identity hangs on copy to sent folder and does not write to draft folder.
I have a non default identity which has the sent and draft folders set to the default identity. When I write mail from this non default identity no draft is written. When I send the mail it is sent but hangs copying the mail to the sent folder.

How do I escalate this?
Do you mean an identity of a mail account? Mostly I have been seeing folk using the term identity incorrectly in the Thunderbird context, so now I ask.
Hi Matt. Yes I mean an Identity within an Account. Thanks
