I deleted the server incoming and outgoing host settings in Settings for an email account I had, but it keeps asking me to log in with a password to the email host account in the Thunderbird client. There is no remaining connection to this host so I have no idea who Thunderbird is doing this. It's really annoying and it's not going away. Halp!

Hi Mike

the screenshot points to "https://box..xxx" which indicates to me that it is not an email account access (neither imap nor smtp).

I assume you might either have a calendar set up needing this https access (CalDAV based web calendar) or an address book (CardDAV)? I would check both areas.
