Thank you for reaching out. I would recommend checking your junk filter settings as discussed in Thunderbird and Junk / Spam Messages. ≡ > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Junk

Your emails may also be automatically going into the Trash Folder because of antivirus software as noted by Matt in this thread. If available, you may be able to resolve this by adjusting your antivirus settings as discussed in Security panel - Junk, scam, antivirus, and password settings in Thunderbird. ≡ > Preferences > Privacy & Security >Antivirus
